Tame your To-Do List

tame list 2016

“I’m so busy.”
“I don’t have time.”
“I’m not making progress on my goals because I simply don’t have time.”

How often do you say the above things?

Organizers. Planners. Systems…

Do they work for you?

What can you possibly do to take back control of your time?

My Tame Your To-Do List Process has been the answer for me, and I’ve been sharing it online, for free, for over 2 years. The email format is simple:

Each day, you’ll receive a simple step via email.
The steps take no more than 20 minutes each – and once you get the routine down, the entire process takes just 20 minutes a week… sometimes less.

I developed this process because I found every organizing system either too structured, or not structured enough. I needed flexibility, but I was constantly feeling like I let things slip through the cracks – and I wasted a TON of energy because my brain was always on high alert about what I might forget.

I needed a process that allowed me to build trust in myself, help me prioritize, and help my creative side feel free, while still providing enough structure that my procrastination tendency didn’t take over!

Now, I need to share this with as many people as I can. When I share this with clients, with friends, even when I do it for myself, I instantly feel more calm. More organized. More clear. And because it’s so simple, and so very needed – I’m sharing it with you, for free.

Yep. Free.

If you feel overwhelmed,
If you feel like there’s never enough time,
If you worry about dropping the ball or forgetting things,

I want you to sign up for this 5 day email series.

It will take 5 days to outline the entire process – but then when you do it for yourself it’s a simple series that never fails.

Web Laura Schnider – Mom of 4 (almost mom of 5)
Laura is proofreading and editing this challenge for me, and she shared her thoughts:
“I’m loving this process. I tweaked Day Two for all the things I need to do to get ready for the new baby (due next month!) I feel so, SO much better b/c I know I can get everything done in the next couple of weeks without too much stress.
And I’m not stressed about the other stuff b/c it’s all written down for later.”

That’s magic – helping a mom with 4 (now 5!!) kids be less stressed!
